Hire Resolve is currently looking for a skilled Refrigeration Shift Operator for a FMCG company. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You will perform routine maintenance checks, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and make adjustments as necessary. Additionally, you will monitor temperature, pressure, and other indicators to ensure that refrigeration systems are operating within specified parameters.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor refrigeration systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and other indicators
• Make adjustments to ensure optimal system performance
• Record and maintain accurate logs and records
• Comply with safety regulations and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Operator or similar role
• Relevant certification or license in refrigeration
• Excellent technical skills and knowledge of refrigeration systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
