Job Description

Procurement of raw materials for production based on requirements analysis using MRP functionality of the accounting system.

Management and control of delivery contractors.

Building and premises maintenance, equipment maintenance and adherence to SHEQ and ISO requirements.

Regular cyclical stock takes.

Expediting and control of inbound shipping.

Proper and safe storage of all materials and products.

Daily verification of required deliveries, picking, packing and dispatching.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Procurement or Finance

Experience with Procurement, Incoming logistics, warehousing and outgoing logistics

Experience working on Syspro MRP

ISO 9001 knowledge

Management of staff and contractors involved in warehousing

Liaising with shipping companies

Expediting and control of Inbound Shipping

Management and control of delivery contractors

Liaising with courier companies and coordinating deliveries

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a Degree in Logistics, Engineering, Procurement or Finance

Must have experience coming from the Telecommunications, ICT, Networking space

Must have an understanding of OHS Legislation and regulations as applicable and quality (ISO 9000:2015)

Must have experience working on Syspro
