South Africa: Remote Finance Assistant posted by West Coast Personnel

• Prepare and review client invoices
• Verify job cards, quotes, supplier invoices, and materials before invoicing
• Follow up on outstanding payments and send client statements
• Upload and reconcile supplier invoices
• Reconcile company card (Pleo) transactions
• Maintain current insurance documentation (vehicle & company)
• Assist with vehicle fleet admin (e.g., parking fines, renewals)
• Respond to finance-related emails
• Provide general support to the Finance Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance admin
• Experience with Xero advantageous (training provided)
• Strong Excel skills and MS365 proficiency
• Clear communicator, organised, and reliable
• Stable employment history – no job-hoppers
• Experience working from home with minimal supervision
• Ideally has property maintenance or service sector experience

Remote Work Requirements:

• Quiet, dedicated workspace
• Fibre internet connection
• Desktop or laptop computer
• UPS or inverter for load shedding support
• Ability to work UK business hours
