Job Description
- Prepare and review client invoices
- Verify job cards, quotes, supplier invoices, and materials before invoicing
- Follow up on outstanding payments and send client statements
- Upload and reconcile supplier invoices
- Reconcile company card (Pleo) transactions
- Maintain current insurance documentation (vehicle & company)
- Assist with vehicle fleet admin (e.g., parking fines, renewals)
- Respond to finance-related emails
- Provide general support to the Finance Supervisor
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping or finance admin
- Experience with Xero advantageous (training provided)
- Strong Excel skills and MS365 proficiency
- Clear communicator, organised, and reliable
- Stable employment history – no job-hoppers
- Experience working from home with minimal supervision
- Ideally has property maintenance or service sector experience
Remote Work Requirements:
- Quiet, dedicated workspace
- Fibre internet connection
- Desktop or laptop computer
- UPS or inverter for load shedding support
- Ability to work UK business hours
