Look no further, then this Sales Executive position based at our Compass Medical Waste Services branch in Clayville, Olifantsfontein is just for you.
Key Requirements:
- Matric or Grade 12 / NQF 4 learning ability
- Minimum 5 years sales / medical representative experience
- Sales and Marketiing Diploma / Nursing Diploma an added advantage
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of the Health Care Risk Waste Industry an added advantage
- Must have own reliable transport with a clear and valid driver’s licence
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Public sector and procurement knowledge
- Proficiency in all MS packages with the ability to formulate reports
- Excellent communication and liaison skills at all levels both verbal and written
- Proven track record in a sales-related environment
Job Duties:
- Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Increace and generate new business sales through existing customer base (up sales / cross sales
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Ability to travel and stay away from home for short periods
Working Conditions:
Travel based position with office visits once a week
