This role is probation to permanent and suited for individuals who take performance, time management, and accountability seriously. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Generating quality leads for debt review and related financial solutions Contacting potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and approved channels Accurately capturing and qualifying client information Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets Working closely with management to improve lead quality and conversions WHAT WE EXPECT (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Strong work ethic and excellent attendance Ability to work under pressure and hit targets consistently Strict time management – punctuality is critical Willingness to be coached, measured, and held accountable Professional communication skills Targets are a top priority. Consistent failure to meet reasonable targets during probation may result in non-confirmation of permanent employment.
