Job Description

Job Title: Complex Manager Position Overview: The Complex Manager at Bidvest Prestige is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a complex or multiple complexes within the organization. The Complex Manager will work closely with clients, staff, and vendors to ensure a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and ensure that services are delivered accordingly. 2. Manage and supervise a team of staff members, including cleaners, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff. 3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and guidance as needed. 4. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and service quality within the complex. 5. Oversee the budget for the complex, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. 6. Maintain and enhance relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. 7. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies within the complex. 8. Handle client complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner, working towards resolution and improvement. 9. Coordinate with other departments within the organization to meet client needs and expectations. 10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the complex and any issues or concerns. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Business administration, facilities management, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of staff members. 4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges. 5. Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in facilities management. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 7. Experience in budget management and cost control. 8. Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 9. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
