About the Role
Our client, a reputable legal practice based in Pretoria, is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will be working as a ghost practice, handling all administrative tasks related to litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the litigation team
- Manage and maintain case files, documents, and correspondence
- Conduct dicta-typing and typing of court documents with 50wpm accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Requirements
- Legal suite or ghost practice experience required
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English necessary
- Strong typing skills (50wpm) with excellent Dicta-Typing abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
