Middelburg Parts Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Administrator in Middelburg. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization and maintenance of parts inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and updating of stock levels.

Responsibilities:
Learn and maintain the organization and management of parts inventory
Assist with order processing, including tracking and fulfilling parts orders, and ensure accurate and timely shipments
Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and contribute to the organization of parts documentation and manuals
Coordinate with parts suppliers, evaluate supplier performance, and maintain positive relationships
Work closely with different departments to understand parts requirements and communicate regarding parts availability and orders

Requirements:

Recent completion of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as proficient basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Additional Requirements:
Must be between the ages of 18 and 34
Not have taken part in the YES Programme before

Preferred Skills:

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and grow, along with a basic understanding of parts administration or inventory management, would be advantageous.
