Job Description

• Oversee online sales process and handle any customer queries.
• Send out quotations to customers based off approved deals.
• Book stock at suppliers for approved quotations
• Send out invoices to customers that have paid.
• Oversee all Job cards for installations of products to ensure the end-to-end process is being complied with
• Work with customers on whole deals and ensure all ETAs are met and send customers updated ETA’s
• Work with procurement and finance on all sales deals as per company policy and procedures.
