Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of CIOVITA products, cycling technology, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, build brand loyalty, and maximise sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse store performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the regional management team.
- Manage daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to drive footfall and sales.
- Work with the Sales team to sign on custom clients and provide a well-rounded explanation of how the canvas process works.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the cycling industry or a related field.
- Passion for cycling and a solid understanding of cycling products, technology, and trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and staff.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable.
