About the Role
The Ward Hostess position at Tower Group in Cape Town requires a friendly and professional individual to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage areas are fully stocked and the working environment is clean and tidy. You will also serve all food and beverages within a timely manner and attend to customer requests to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all food and beverage areas are fully stocked and the working environment is clean and tidy.
- Serve all food and beverages within a timely manner and attend to customer requests in order to ensure they have a great customer experience.
- Provide a friendly and professional service to all customers and clients.
- Support the Unit Manager in all areas to deliver a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Matric
- Working experience in Hospitality Industry
- Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same role
