About the Role

A well-presented and well-spoken Receptionist is required for a busy manufacturing company in Industria. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls, directing customers to the correct department, taking and relaying messages accurately, and assisting customers telephonically and in person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering a busy switchboard

  • Assisting Customers telephonically and in person
  • Assist with over flow typing and administration duties

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 2 to 3 years Reception/Switchboard experience
  • Well presented
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Computer literate
  • Preferably own vehicle for reliable time keeping

Qualifications

  • Completed Grade 12
