About the Role
ATM.SA is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team in the Western Cape. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving long-term engagement and loyalty. With a strong focus on relationship management, this role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to sell the Quintet solution directly.
- Generate invitations for tradeshows and set up sessions for the Experience Center in London.
- Identify potential opportunities, qualify leads, and follow up as required.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with selected tiered clients.
- Develop trust with end-users to drive long-term engagement and loyalty.
- Work closely with Clients Inside Sales Specialists to align sales strategies, share insights, and coordinate campaigns.
- Support seamless communication between teams to ensure prospects receive timely and accurate information.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit check
- 12 years experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer engagement (advantageous)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales teams
