Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong service delivery to agents and guests
- Manage inbound tour operating projects and lead meetings
- Analyze data for decision-making (both quantitative and qualitative)

Requirements
- 3-5 years of inbound tour operating experience
- Proficiency in Tourplan or similar booking systems
- Extensive knowledge of South, Southern, or East Africa’s geography, logistics, and products
- Familiarity with travel industry channels
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and WETU
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
