About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Director to join our reputable clients team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of South African Tax Law and Regulations, as well as sound knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax compliance for clients
- Prepare tax returns and respond to inquiries from SARS
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and account analysis
- Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and develop strategies
- Stay up-to-date with changes in South African tax laws and regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in Tax Compliance and Tax Preparation
- Strong understanding of South African Tax Law & Regulations
- Sound knowledge of accounting and tax principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in tax software & financial systems (e.g., eFiling, SARS tools etc)
