About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Fleet & Driver Supervisor to join our team in Nelspruit. As the Fleet & Driver Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities related to our fleet of vehicles and drivers. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Implement and maintain driver schedules and routes
- Track and report on key operational metrics
- Manage relationships with external service providers and suppliers

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
