Human Resources Specialist Exciting 18-Month Opportunity in Cape Town Location: Cape Town | Contract: 18 months (Fixed-term or Outsourced) | Are you an experienced HR professional ready to lead end-to-end recruitment and HR processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? This role provides the opportunity to lead recruitment strategy and organizational planning in a high-impact environment.” What Youll Do: Lead recruitment for multiple new positions from job descriptions to approvals and hiring. Advise on HR processes including promotions, regrading, and staffing strategies. Collaborate across teams to ensure rapid, compliant recruitment aligned with employment equity policies. What Were Looking For: Advanced diploma or Bachelors degree (NQF7) in Human Resources. 5 years HR experience, including organizational planning. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP HR experience an advantage.
