Job Description

We are hiring B2B Lead Generators to join the fastest growing technology demand generation agency! The Lead Generator’s sole responsibility is developing, executing and measuring all lead generation prospects to drive qualified leads into the pipeline. Your role is crucial in driving the early stages of the sales cycle by connecting with key decision-makers at targeted companies, understanding their IT needs, and setting appointments or passing qualified leads to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: – Conduct outbound B2B calls to companies across various industries, targeting IT decision-makers (e.g., CIOs, IT Directors, IT Managers). – Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, and timeline – BANT or similar). – Generate interest in client IT solutions and services, articulating value propositions clearly and effectively. – Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in CRM systems. – Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality. – Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets related to call volume, leads generated, and conversion rates. – Stay updated on industry trends and client products/services to effectively communicate value to prospects. NB ((Full training will be provided)) Requirements: – Proven experience in a similar lead generation, telemarketing, debt collection or inside sales role, ideally within the IT or tech sector. (preferred) – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. – Confident and professional phone manner with the ability to handle objections. – Familiarity with excel spread sheets. – Target-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. – Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
