About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage and support inventory control activities on a part-time basis. The role ensures accurate stock records, efficient stock movement, and compliance with inventory procedures in Kempton Park.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, update, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform stock counts and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations
- Receive, issue, and record stock movements
- Investigate and report stock variances
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures
- Maintain orderly storage areas and documentation
- Liaise with procurement and operations as required
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous experience in inventory, stores, or stock control (advantageous)
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel or inventory systems)
