About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our team in Kuils River, Cape Town. As a central point of contact for managers, technicians, and external parties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workshop activities
- Manage documentation (job cards, service records, invoices, compliance)
- Control inventory (parts, tools, supplies)
- Handle customer/supplier communication
- Provide general administrative support

- Grade 12
- Excellent communication skills
