Job Description
A leading e-commerce and logistics company is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with strong experience in high-volume recruitment, workforce planning, and recruitment operations to join their team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a fast-paced operational environment, ensuring staffing requirements are met in line with business needs and service level agreements.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for operational and support roles

Coordinate and oversee bulk and high-volume recruitment campaigns
-
Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, interviews, and assessments
-
Manage onboarding processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures
-
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting using Excel-based systems
-
Collaborate with operational managers to forecast staffing needs
-
Ensure recruitment timelines and targets are met
-
Coordinate recruitment-related assessments, including system-based tests
Requirements:

Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition management role

Strong experience in high-volume or operational recruitment environments
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (core recruitment system)

Strong organisational, coordination, and reporting skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

South African citizenship or valid right to work in South Africa

Willingness to undergo pre-employment assessments, including testing
