About the Role

Step into a rewarding role as a Client Service Manager with a respected service-driven team in the Western Cape. This position involves overseeing the Services teams to ensure efficient scheduling and a consistently high standard of customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
