About the Role
The Stock Controller is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, responsible for managing chemical stock levels and maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage chemicals stock levels
- Receive all goods ordered
- Arrange couriers
- Ordering stock
- Management to verify (Assist HR)
- Ensure chemical room and cupboards are clean and tidy at all times
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 16:00), 1 hour lunch (cannot be accumulated and includes 30min tea times)
- When you leave the office, ensure all doors and windows are locked/closed and alarm activated
- Preparing of documents as needed for teams task
- Assist Supervisors with prep-work and manage teams with daily tasks
- Adhere to any instruction/request from management
- Assist Director and office manager with task/duties
Requirements
- Skills in stock management and inventory control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
