Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales / Customer Services Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales and customer service department, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating sales administration, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our external sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders on our ERP system
Coordinate sales administration tasks
Provide exceptional customer service
Liaise with customers regarding raw material chemical products they have ordered
Monitor stock levels to meet customers’ needs
Assist with quotations and pricing

Requirements

Minimum Matric
Previous experience in a customer service or internal sales coordinator role within the chemical or plastics manufacturing industry (preferred)
Experience working with HDPE, PP, and PET would be an added advantage (not essential)

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification (preferred but not essential)
Proficiency in computer literacy
ERP system experience (SAP or OMNI or a related system) is highly desirable
