About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Farm Manager/Consultant to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. With a strong background in dairy farming and leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring optimal animal health and productivity, while also managing the production of milk products and distribution channels. Your expertise in the local food industry and technical knowledge of required machinery are essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Animal health and productivity management
- Supervision of milk product production and distribution
- Team leadership and supervision of farm workers
- Maintenance work on production and farm infrastructure
Requirements
- Agricultural Diploma or degree
- Minimum five years of experience as a fully responsible farm manager
- Leadership qualities

- Knowledge of safeguarding farm infrastructure (roads, fences, safety)
