About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Debtors Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer receipts and invoices on ERP systems, preparing and finalizing debtors reconciliations, and monitoring sub-ledger control accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer receipts and invoices on ERP systems
- Prepare and finalize debtors reconciliations
- Monitor sub-ledger control accounts
- Review outstanding receipts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (non-negotiable)
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Understanding of age analysis
- Proven knowledge of ERP software (preferably Accpac)
- Knowledge of preparing internal and external audits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
Qualifications
- BCom Accounting or similar qualification
- National Diploma in Finance
- Certificate in finance (advantageous)
