About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Accountant to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading and developing a small finance team, optimising financial systems and processes, and ensuring statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small finance team
  • Optimise financial systems and processes
  • Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts
  • Manage audits, tax submissions, cash flow, and treasury
  • Deliver group reporting
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience
  • Qualification: SAIPA/SAICA
  • Staff management experience
  • Pastel will be advantageous
