About the Role

Our Client, a manufacturer of rigid plastic containers, in a range of colors, for a wide variety of requirements predominantly in the food packaging industry, has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join them on a contract basis. As a key member of their team, you will play a crucial role in capturing all lidding film orders, invoicing and advising delivery, as well as creating COCs, sending quotations, and monitoring stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

Capture all lidding film orders, invoice and advise delivery.
Send quotations after confirming prices with Neil.
Create COC send copy to customer and file one on the COC file.
Transfer all required stock to all branches as per branch request.
Create job cards.
Send stock adjustments.
Create new Syspro codes get cost and Codes.
New customer film price.
Stock take – Physical count, capture on Excel Sheet, compare against Syspro and send. Explain variances.
Receipt all lidding film stock into the system.
Monitor stock levels.
Print stickers for all film going out for re-labeling.
