About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Internal Sales Representative to join our client’s team in Epping, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have an AccPac background and experience in construction/sealants systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and monitor delivery timelines
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate sales, follow up on leads, and promote products
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation

Requirements

  • Technical sales background in construction/sealants systems
  • Experience with AccPac software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
