About the Role
Hillcrest is seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to join their team. As a creative thinker with a passion for innovation, you will take the lead across digital and print campaigns, developing and executing brand identities that align with our strategy. You will collaborate with internal developers and strategists to create cohesive digital experiences, while staying up-to-date with design, AI, and digital innovation trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand identities across digital and print platforms.
- Lead creative direction on client campaigns from concept to completion.
- Design and maintain engaging web interfaces aligned with UX best practices.
- Collaborate with internal developers and strategists to create cohesive digital experiences.
- Create marketing assets including brochures, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative brand solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet quality, consistency, and brand standards.
Requirements
- Tertiary Education in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a design role, preferably agency-side.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Experience in UI/UX design and understanding of responsive web principles.
- Interest or experience in AI-driven creative tools is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Completed Tertiary Education in Graphic Design or related field.
Salary & Benefits
R20 000 R30 000 per month, based on experience.
