About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Yard Supervisor to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our yard, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet production targets
- Supervise and coordinate the work of our yard staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Yard Supervisor in the Steel Industry
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office essential
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary Education required
