About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at Morgan Group in Lydenburg. As a New & Used Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets as set by the manufacturer and group. You will also ensure high performance-driven teams.

Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Qualifications in sales and/or marketing would be an advantage
- Exceptional sales executive or team leader with leadership qualities, ready for the next step in their career.
- 1 year management experience would be an advantage
- Proven track record of leading a team to exceed car sales targets would be an advantage
- Valid drivers license
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Target driven
- Clear criminal record
- Computer Literate
