About the Role

Our Client, a well-established boutique call centre in Durban, is seeking an experienced Debt Collection agent to join their UK campaign. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and resolving outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls to collect debt payments
  • Manage debtor relationships and negotiate payment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and debt balances

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Debt Collection with UK experience

Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education (Matric)
