About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team at Telebest. As a skilled mechanical expert, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshops and teams
- Conduct regular safety inspections
- Implement quality control measures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical experience
- Computer literacy on Google web-based applications, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid South African EC driver’s license
- Knowledge and experience working on Mercedes-Benz trucks
- Proficiency in the Mercedes Star Diagnostics Computer System
