About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced Solar Installations Site Manager to oversee the delivery of residential and/or commercial solar PV projects from site setup through to commissioning. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who thrives on quality, safety, and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for solar PV installations
- Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Maintain compliance with H&S regulations and company procedures
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and engineers
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
- Complete site reports and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience managing solar PV installation projects
- Strong understanding of solar systems and electrical/mechanical installation
- Strong health & safety knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Full driving licence
