About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients. If you have a passion for driving growth and a knack for negotiation, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and grow new corporate business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff
Requirements
- 5+ years’ B2B sales experience, preferably in courier/logistics
- Experience targeting corporate accounts
- Matric or tertiary qualification
- Own vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of Cape Town corporate market
