About the Role
Farm Manager SA is seeking an experienced Lodge Management Couple to join their team in Hectorspruit. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest services, including coordinating check-ins and outs, fostering a welcoming environment, and addressing guest concerns.
- Maintain high standards in the lodge, arranging relieve housekeeps when needed, and managing housekeeping duties.
- Complete month-end reports, submit salaries for payment each month, and order stock, consumables, and lodge assets effectively.
- Host and welcome guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience.
Requirements
- Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent.
- Male candidate:
• FGASA Level 1 (NQF 2)
• DEAT registered
• Valid PDP
• Valid First Aid qualification
Qualifications
- Completed Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent for the female candidate.
- Completed relevant diploma/certification for the male candidate.
