About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team in Midrand, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial management, accounting, and financial control functions across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure quality and timely financial reporting to various company/branch boards, the Exco, and other users.
Deliver annual financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory returns across multiple jurisdictions.
Contribute to and implement financial strategy.
Analyse financial information and provide insight that supports decisions to improve competitiveness, profitability, and growth.
Drive the business planning process and outcomes for administration businesses.
Prepare financial forecasts.
Ensure optimal capital utilisation in the business.
Manage the appropriate capitalisation of new project expenditure.
Responsible for audit liaison as well as tax, legislative & statutory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BSc)
Strong SAP experience is essential
5 years FMCG experience

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree
