Temporary Sous Chef Luxury Catering, Cape Town

Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for a talented Temporary Sous Chef to join a high-end luxury catering operation based in Cape Town. The Role:
Assist in the preparation and execution of high-end, fine dining menus

Maintain immaculate kitchen standards and presentation at all times

Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations

Ensure consistency, quality and excellence in every dish produced

Work efficiently to tight deadlines without compromising on quality

Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene and operational standards

Who theyre looking for:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP

Fine dining and luxury catering experience is essential

Calm, organised and adaptable under pressure

Passionate about detail, presentation and premium ingredients

Professional, reliable and team-oriented
