Job Description

Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Foreman to join our client’s team within the civil construction industry. As a Foreman, you will be pivotal in managing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your leadership skills will play a vital role in overseeing the construction crew, coordinating tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. If you are an experienced Foreman with a passion for delivering high-quality construction work, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily construction operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Lead and motivate construction teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site to maintain workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and activities.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and crew members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities to navigate construction challenges effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
