Job Description

Minimum requirements: Proven Quality Assurance experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment (essential) 3 years experience in a Quality Assurance / Quality Management role Strong Quality Assurance experience within a manufacturing environment (non-negotiable) Demonstrated experience in audits, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives Strong systems thinking and analytical capability Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes Ability to analyse systems and processes and recommend practical improvements Strong eye for detail with high professional standards Assertive and confident communicator who can enforce quality standards Someone who can challenge processes constructively and add value Duties will be, but are not limited to: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures Audit, monitor, and continuously improve production and operational processes Ensure compliance with ISO standards, industry regulations, and internal policies Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and risks impacting product quality Lead quality improvement and corrective action initiatives Investigate non-conformances and implement preventative measures Manage internal and external audits Compile, analyse, and present quality reports and data Train and guide staff on quality procedures and best practices Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers to maintain quality standards Oversee quality documentation and record-keeping Please note: Only short-listed candidates will be contacted .
