Our client has an opportunity available for a Contract Commercial Coordinator based in Durban.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification N3 N6 in Engineering, Project Management or Operations Management.
- Matric
- South African drivers license.
- 2+ years relevant experience in maintenance planning, project management and knowledge of Financial Management principles.
- Technical core training.
- Maintenance Planning and Project Management skills.
- Knowledge of OHS Act and ISO 9001 Quality Management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedules in accordance to the SLA for all equipment and services.
- Create Purchase Requisitions on correct expense codes and ensure accuracy against the quotation.
- Manage all incoming requests and complaints daily and provide feedback in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct monthly verification of WP and report on variances.
- Planning for placement of employees, contractors and efficient utilization of materials and tools.
