About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge in Vaalwater. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic lodge environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lodge operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and stock control
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic accounting tasks
- Ensure operational systems and processes are efficient and effective
Requirements
- Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Leadership ability with excellent communication skills
- Passion for guest service with a keen eye for detail
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management (considered essential)
Salary & Benefits
- R15,000 to R18,000 per month (dependent on experience), live-in accommodation provided
