About the Role
ProStaffSelect, one of South Africa’s most well-known premier food suppliers, is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Sous Chef / Sales Executive to drive sales growth while maintaining strong customer relationships and managing sales consultants. This position requires frequent travel to engage with clients and support their business needs while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients and coordinate with internal personnel
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Engage in technical discussions regarding food or food preparation
- Plan and organize sales meetings and events
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Min 3 years experience in FMCG focusing on food & hospitality sector
- Previous experience as a chef or working with premium fine foods is an advantage
- Strong confidence to engage in technical discussions regarding food or food preparation
- Evidence / Proven track record of achieving sales targets & growing customer relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications (if applicable)
