About the Role
A well-established operation in the Stormsvlei area is seeking an experienced and motivated Management Couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property. This role requires a dynamic team with strong leadership, organisational skills, and a hands-on approach to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff supervision
- Manage maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and equipment
- Grounds, infrastructure, and general property management
- Health & safety compliance
- Stock control and supplier liaison
Requirements
- Proven experience as a management couple or in similar roles
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, basic accounting)
Qualifications
- Completed Matric or equivalent educational qualification
