About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic FinTech business, where your work will have a direct impact on driving business growth and optimization. As a Centurion in our team, you will play a key role in building automation solutions for accounting and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement automation for accounting and reconciliation processes
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for financial and operational insights
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to translate business requirements into BI solutions
- Ensure data integrity and reliability across automated processes
- Enhance existing BI tools, processes, and models for scalability and performance
- Support strategic decision-making with actionable insights and predictive analytics
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in BI, data analytics, or automation
- Proven experience building automation for accounting and reconciliation processes
- Experience working in financial or accounting environments (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar
- Knowledge of automation tools or scripting (Python or R advantageous)
- Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
