Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of junior analysts
- Oversee and continuously update the product analytics database
- Prepare data for auditors and external valuators and manage related queries.
- Contribute to finance and fund committees.
- Maintain and enhance SQL models, documentation, and analytics processes.
- Drive automation of monthly reporting with the BI team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
- 5+ years’ experience in analytics
- Management or teamleading experience
- Advanced Excel skills (essential)
- Intermediate SQL/database experience
- Experience with R and/or Python
