About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR / Office Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources and a keen eye for detail, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy development and implementation
- HR compliance and risk management
- Staff development programs and training
- Remuneration management and benefits administration
- General office management and administration
Requirements
- B-degree & Honours in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- Min 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a senior HR / Office Manager role
- Strong knowledge of South African Labour Legislation, including BCEA, LRA and Employment Equity Act
- Experience in staff development programs and remuneration management
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- From R550K to R700K C.T.C. per annum
