Job Description

This luxury wine estate located in Somerset West is in search of a CHEF DE PARTIE to run Hot & Cold prep for a la carte lunch and dinner including all functions and catering requirements at the farm as well as off-site events and functions. REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 – 4 years professional cheffing experience in a formal brigade structure Strong organizational and planning abilities Evidence of culinary skills in hot and cold production Experience with menu creation and recipe testing Efficient and fast worker to get through prep lists daily
