✨ Club General Manager | Private Members Fitness & Wellness Club | Cape Town ✨ Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a dynamic and commercially savvy Club General Manager to lead a prestigious private members Fitness & Wellness Club in Cape Town. What is needed: • 6 years’ experience as a General Manager within a premium or luxury hospitality, country club or retail environment • Strong 4 or 5 star hotel background • Relevant Business, Hospitality or Retail qualification at NQF 7 level • Proven commercial acumen with solid financial and P&L management knowledge • Strong leadership and people management experience • Exceptional customer relations and interpersonal skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with project management capability • Solid understanding of the Cape Town market and competitive landscape • Digital fluency and ability to manage multiple priorities This role oversees full club operations including commercial performance, facility standards, health and safety, people management, member experience, compliance and competitor analysis. The Club General Manager is the custodian of culture, performance and unforgettable member experiences.
